I first met Lindsay and Troy about 2 years ago. I was privileged to take their engagement and wedding photos. Now they are expecting their first bundle of joy, Jackson. You can see the love they have for him already. The anticipation as they await his arrival. You can see it in the completely finished nursery, ready more than a month before he’s due. This next football star is wanted. loved. And he’s not even here yet. Lucky, lucky Jackson. I can’t wait to meet you soon!

People always wonder what to wear for their family photo session. Personally and professionally with my photography, I think it should be what you’re comfortable wearing. That said, I also love a little WOW factor!
EXAMPLES:
- Mom and Dad in neutral colors – black, tans. Baby or kids in colors or prints – red and white stripes, silver and glittery, red velvet, sailor outfits, the list goes on!
- Everyone matching – greens, reds, silver, black with colorful scarves.
- Baby nude except holiday hat, scarf or stocking.
- Leg warmers!!!
- Winter coats, snowsuits! lol
Here are some awesome clothing sites:
I can’t wait to see what you will do!

This session was my last in Virginia but I have waited to post it until baby Kendal arrived. Which she did – Monday!
Her name was a secret until she got here. And since we used her name in the photos, I just waited. Now everyone knows her name. So here you go. :)

One of their cats decided to join us for a few photos. I have to share this one – it makes me laugh every time I see it. lol!

Congratulations, Bret and Kristy!
Here is the photo I couldn’t show you before today. Nora was born today and I just couldn’t wait to share this photo we took with her name. I am so excited she’s here and she’s healthy!

It was that time of year again! I took Camille and Nadia’s photos as we marked Camille’s 2 year birthday. At the same time, I took mom’s pregnancy photos with the newest sister on the way. Love these girls and cannot wait to meet the newest addition to the family! We took some photos with the baby’s name, but you’ll have to wait for that one cause it’s a surprise!

This is a fun way to get a photo of the little one’s hands on mom’s belly. Finger paint!

After painting mom’s belly, it was time to paint each other and themselves! I had to follow them with my camera to see what they were up to. lol!
