It was a winter wonderland the day Emily and Kyle married. Thankfully, the storm had passed a couple days before, leaving behind it a beautiful white snow scape for their winter wedding. Not only was Willow Ridge Manor the perfect place to to get married, it provided a beautiful back drop to their whole day. Beauty in their nervous anticipation as they got ready. Beauty in their very first look before their ceremony. Beauty all the way to the end when they exited their wedding in Rolls Royce style. In case you haven’t yet gotten the picture I’m painting, Emily and Kyle had a beautiful winter wonderland wedding. Congratulations, you two!

waiting to see his bride for the first time…
on her way…

I love all their portraits so I had such a hard time picking just a few to share. :)

I think we have both James Bond and Tom Cruise in this photo. lol!

One of the favors at Justine and Ryan’s wedding was tea bags with the slogan: the perfect blend. I would have to agree wholeheartedly with that! Justine and Ryan compliment each other perfectly. His yin to her yang. They have a confident, deep rooted love that showed all day. Their families and friends from near and far were just as committed to their love. They not only showed up for the wedding but participated in the events all day. From helping them prepare for the wedding to having a very fun filled reception at the Sundance Mountain Lodge.
Lydia Myers’ photos are tagged below. She is a great second shooter!
Another great mention is Angel Andres, Justine and Ryan’s videographer.

Justine made these cute hangers for her bridesmaids! (Lydia’s photo)

Congratulations, Justine and Ryan!

I was so excited to see this adorable family again this year. Last year we had a great time with a themed family session from the 1940s! Every time I see this family I am amazed at how stylish they are dressed. Mom does a great job coordinating their outfits. :)

When I met this fun family I just knew they are a family that laughs together a lot. That’s why this photo above is my favorite from the session. The smiles and laughs they share together in just a small moment as this tells me there are many more moments like it in their lives.

This was such an adorable Kelly’s Kids session for a cute little family – twins Adam and Luke in their matching monogramed vests, shirts and shorts and Emma in her white monogramed dress. It took Emma a few minutes to warm up but she did and what cute smiles she and her brothers have!

I am blessed to be able to photography so many sweet families! This family was no exception. Older brother and sister listened so well. They were little stars. Unfortunately, their little sister didn’t last very long before it was time for a well deserved nap. We took a few of her sleeping because, asleep or awake, she’s just adorable.

I’ve had the chance to photograph Madalyn and Lauren a couple times this year. Both times it has been so obvious the love these sweet sisters have for each other. They adore each other. Lauren looks up to Madalyn. And Madalyn loves to be a good big sister. They are the sweetest sisters.
(Also another Kelly’s Kids session!)

Lauren and Emily were little fashionistas for our mini-Kelly’s Kid session. Very adorable, cute and stylish outfits well thought out by mom. I do have the say the leggings were my idea – but mom took it and ran with it. I LOVE these outfits!
(just an fyi in case you’re wondering – some but not all of these clothes are Kelly’s Kids)
